The most fun toddler Halloween Party of the year is right around the corner! We're doing something extra special this year for the children in our community who have mental, physical, or visual impairments.
Join us on October 25 for our FREE Halloween party for babies and toddlers aged 1-5! Come and enjoy music, crafts, lots of giveaways, trunk or treat, free food, pumpkin decorating, a petting zoo, inflatables, a costume competition, and much more!
Join us for a sensory-friendly event from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. This hour is for children who have mobility, sensory, or physical impairments and 18 years old or under.
Who Is H.A.R.D. #1
The Hammond Area Recreation District No. 1 (HARD#1) was established in the mid-1990s by the Tangipahoa Parish Council and covers most of the City of Hammond and the Seventh Ward. It is bounded by the Tangipahoa/Livingston Parish Boundary on the west and the Tangipahoa River on the east, while its southern border connects with the Ponchatoula Area Recreation District. Its mission is to provide the finest recreational facilities and programs while offering an exceptional family environment.
